At K9Painting we are here to answer any questions you might have.  See below for some of the most common questions we are asked as well as the new questions link.  
General Questions

What areas do you serve?  Northern Virginia including, Alexandria, Arlington, Fairfax, Loudoun, and Prince William Counties

What forms of payment do you accept?  Cash or Check (We do not accept credit cards at this time)

Does it cost anything to get an estimate done?  No, estimates are always free (Click here for our free quote page)

Is a deposit required?  A 50% deposit is required upon acceptance and the remaining 50 % upon completion

Project Questions

What kind of paints do you use?  We primarily use top of the line Benjamin Moore paint

Will you complete from start to finish without interuptions?  Yes, we treat everyone fairly and always complete our jobs without interuptions

What do I (the customer) need to do to prepare my home?  Remove pictures, paintings, wall hangings, and breakables.  We will be happy to assist you in moving heavier furnature

What are your hours?  K9Painting is open from 9am to 6pm Monday through Friday.  (We sometimes work alternate hours based on needs)

What time do you start work?  After the morning meetings, we arrive at our job site around 10am
