Shipping and Handling Costs
We use UPS realtime shipping rates. The cost depends on the weight of the item and your location. Your shipping rate will be displayed during checkout. All orders over $500 will receive free shipping.
Shipping Methods and Locations
We use standard shipping through UPS Ground and all items can be shipped anywhere in the United States. We do not ship to International locations. Please note that UPS does not ship to PO boxes.
Shipping Time
Shipping times vary depending on item availability. Most of our items ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated on the item page or during checkout. Please allow 1-5 business days for transit time once your item has been shipped. The map below is a general representation of UPS Ground transit times. The following chart can be used to calculate time in transit, after it has left our building.

Payments and Tax
We accept Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. All prices are displayed and charged in U.S. currency. When paying by credit card, your card will not be charged until your items have been shipped. When paying with Paypal, your account is automatically debited as soon as your order has been placed. Taxes will be added to Virginia Residents only.

14-Day Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it within 14 days of purchase receipt.* The item must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your order # visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip. Please tell us why you are returning our product, so that we can continue to improve our company.
Return shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is being returned as a result of our error (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.) For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via UPS or FedEx. We do not accept COD. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.
When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. If you paid by check, your account will be credited. When exchanging an item, you will see a credit to your original pay method for the returned item and a charge for the new item, plus shipping and handling.

Missing, Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Item Sent Return Policy
If an item is missing, damaged, defective or incorrect, you must contact us by email or phone within 5 days of the purchase receipt so that our customer care specialists can explain what steps need to be taken.

Due to company regulations, we cannot accept returns for the following categories: Special Orders (non-stock or large quantities of in-stock items), Discontinued Items, Greeting Cards, and other select products. Personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned unless there was an error on our part (damaged, defective, wrong item sent, etc.)

7 -Day Cancellation Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your service request, you may cancel it within 7 days of purchase receipt.* Email us at orders@k9rockstar.com with your cancellation request and be sure to provide the following information: order number, contact name and service date. Please also tell us why you are canceling a service, so that we can continue to improve.
When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed. If you paid by check, your account will be credited.
30 - Day Date Change Policy
If you need to change the date of a scheduled service you may request a new date within 30 days of purchase receipt**

Due to company policies, we cannot accept cancellations on last minute service requests (services that have been requested with less than 7 days until the service date) for the following categories: Birthday Parties, School Visits, Private Therapy, Business Advertising, as well as all other entertainment and advertising activities.
** - Date changes must be requested at least 14 days prior the service date. All service orders have a maximum of 30 days from purchase receipt to be changed. A 60-day calendar is available for service orders, so please check your purchase receipt date to ensure adequate time for changes. |
